We are based in North East Wales. Working mainly in North Wales, Cheshire and the Wirrel although we do travel further afield on occasion.

Our services include Building Renovation, restoration and repair, The use of tradional lime mortars in Pointing of Stone and Brickwork including the use of hot mixed lime mortars and lime plasters.

We had a gable end that was in dire need of repair. We actually thought that sections of it would need rebuilding. But in the end Michael did a fantastic job of re-pointing it. It now looks like the day it was built. Michael is a real master craftsman who we would highly recommend.

Lime has been used as a binder for stones and brick and as a plaster or render for thousands of years. The knowledge of its properties and how to use it has only been lost to current practice in the UK in the last 100 years, other European countries still use lime extensively within construction...
